Icelandic singer/songwriter, Anna Claessen has been singing since she was a young child. It wasn´t until she moved to Vienna, Austria where a jam with talented pianist Julian Ruths sparked her interest in creating her own material. After a successful concert at her college graduation, she knew she wanted to create music for a living. After this epiphany, Anna decided to move to L.A. to fulfill her childhood dream.
 

Claessen released a Promo EP on http://annaclaessen.bandcamp.com, which donations were used to get to her sisters wedding.

Claessen shares a vocal style similar to Mandy Moore, but has created her own sound by incorporating musical styles akin to American artists from the 50s and 60s as the lead singer of Anna and the Bells,
